INTRODUCTION
This plan is the most popular weight-loss formula for the majority of dieters on the 90/10 Plan. Each day has been carefully formulated to total 1,150 calories -- leaving room for your daily
Fun Food.

Each day, you may select a Fun Food of your choosing. They are all portion-controlled and provide no more than 250 calories, so that your daily totals will add up to 1,400 calories.

Although each meal is packed with as much calcium, fiber, vitamins and minerals as possible, the calorie restrictions make taking a daily multivitamin/ mineral supplement a good idea. Women may also consider a separate calcium supplement.

Because each breakfast contains the same number of calories, if you're partial to a particular breakfast, feel free to enjoy it more than once a week. You may also substitute any of the lunches for lunches, snacks for snacks and dinners for dinners. Be aware, however, that variety is the key to staying satisfied and keeping things fresh, so don't get stuck with a limited number of meals.
